HOW DO I ENROLL IN THE PAYMENT PLAN?
Click the yellow button above to make your down payment. You will be instantly redirected to create your online study account and start study (when ready) immediately after making a down payment.
DO YOU OFFER FINANCIAL AID TO GO TO NAIL SCHOOL?
No. Virginia does not offer financial aid to go to Nail School. You can get aid to go to Hair School
(cosmetology/barbering). We do not teach hair here. We specialize in Nail Training only. If you have military aid check into schools at high military populations like the Northern Virginia or
Norfolk/Virginia Beach areas. We do not take military aid benefits. We are state licensed/approved for those with approved aid from VA Social Services (with available
funds for job training) or DARS.
ARE YOU GOING TO CHECK MY CREDIT FOR APPROVAL?
No. Anyone that makes a down payment will be approved for this in-house financing option. Anyone making a down payment
is 100% approved for the payment plan. We do not report any payments to the credit bureaus.
WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE IF I ENROLL TODAY?
The minimum monthly payment is due by 11:59pm on the first of each month. The first payment is 15-45 days from the day on enrollment depending on
when the down payment is made, check the "enroll" page for the due date when enrolling this month. Payments can be
made earlier as desired. Students can pay more as desired to decrease the next month's minimum payment due. Students are free to make multiple payments during the month to reach the minimum monthly
payment by the first. Students on payment plans can not attend their first class day until they have made their first monthly payment.
HOW DO I PAY?
WHEN CAN I ENROLL WITH THE PAYMENT PLAN?
Students can enroll anytime 24/7. Just make the down payment to be automatically enrolled. The special offer is valid during the advertised time.
IS THERE A DIFFERENCE IN THE PAYMENT PLAN THAN PAYING IN FULL?
Students on payment plans can not attend the first class day until their first monthly payment has been made. The payment plan
will cost more than the pay in full from added installment payment fees depending on which down payment you made. Students on payment plans that finish the course early will not have their paperwork
released to take the state exams until the course is paid in full.
WHAT IS THE LATE FEE?
Students on payment plans that do not pay their monthly payment by 11:59pm on the first of each month have a late fee
applied to their balance. On the 2nd (if the minimum is not paid when due) there will be a $35 late fee applied. If the minimum due is still not paid by the 15th of the month then on the 16th another
$35 late fee is applied. Late fees will apply to the next month's payment to increase the minimum due for the next month. Early communication is important to get help when there are financial issues.
DO YOU KEEP MY CARD INFO ON FILE TO AUTOPAY?
No. You have to go to the MAKE A PAYMENT page to pay your payment online or pay at the school.
CAN I GET A KIT ON THE PAYMENT PLAN?
Kits are optional and not included in the course cost. If students want a kit then it is purchased with the down
payment. We do not have payment plans for our kits. Students can get supplies on their own. Students need sanitation, mani & pedi supplies after finishing about 10 hours of online study first. A
recommended list is provided in the online study. They will need Acrylic supplies after attending the first class day. Kits stay home with the student. Students only bring an acrylic brush on acrylic
training days.
CAN I QUIT THE COURSE?
Students can quit the course anytime with all future monthly payments not required to be paid and will not be collected
through judgements. Notification is considerate (when a student decides to quit) to help the school know when to file away documents for archive to accept additional enrollment seating.
Payment plan is a option to enroll into the course with the ability to drop out within 30 days and not owe future payments but the deposit is not refunded.
All paid costs made to this school are not refunded.
Students with medical or personal issues can request a pause in their course. Students are suppose to finish the course within 6 months of paying in full or making a down payment to be ready for the
current exam (they are updated regularly). Pause times are only given during the first 120 days from the day they paid in full or made a down payment. Students can get a maximum of 60 days to
pause their course and extend their finish time up to 8 months from the day they paid in full or made a down payment. A request must be made by email or in person with an approval by our board to
allow this. Communication is key!
