Refund Policy

A legal disclaimer

At Virginia Nail School, LLC, we are committed to providing quality education, professional training, and support to all enrolled students. Please review our refund policy carefully before enrolling or making payment.

Refund Policy - the basics

All payments made are non-refundable. The Student acknowledges and agrees that any installment payments or late fees made toward tuition are final and will not be refunded for any reason, including but not limited to withdrawal, dismissal, or voluntary termination from the program.

  • Any financing agreement entered into with Affirm, Klarna, or any other third-party provider is solely between the Student and that provider.
  • Virginia Nail School, LLC is not a lender, does not extend credit, and is not responsible for any financing terms, interest charges, late fees, penalties, disputes, declined payments, collections actions, or reporting practices of Affirm, Klarna, or any third-party financing company.

  • The Student remains fully responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party financing agreement.

  • Any disputes regarding financing must be resolved directly with the financing provider and do not relieve the Student of their financial obligation to the School.

Tuition & Payment Policy

All tuition payments, deposits, installment payments, registration fees, kit fees, and other payments made to Virginia Nail School, LLC are subject to the terms outlined in the student enrollment agreement and school policies.

Non-Refudable Payments

Unless otherwise required by applicable law or specifically stated in a signed written agreement:

  • All registration fees are non-refundable.

  • All class reservation deposits are non-refundable.

  • All kit, supply, and product fees are non-refundable once items have been ordered, distributed, or made available to the student.

  • Payments made toward tuition through installment plans are non-refundable.

  • Payments made through third-party financing providers, including Affirm or Klarna, are non-refundable through the School.

Withdrawel & Termination

Students who voluntarily withdraw, fail to attend, are dismissed, or terminate enrollment may remain financially responsible for tuition and fees in accordance with their signed enrollment agreement and applicable school policies.

Failure to complete the course does not automatically release a student from financial obligations owed to the School.
Students that withdraw during an installment payment will not be required to pay their balance when financing with us in-house. Payment contracts made with a third-party must be paid to them to avoid collections.

Third-Party Financing

Students who choose to use third-party financing providers such as Affirm or Klarna understand that:

  • Financing agreements are solely between the student and the financing provider.

  • Virginia Nail School, LLC is not responsible for financing approvals, denials, repayment terms, interest charges, late fees, collections activity, or disputes related to third-party financing accounts.

  • Any financing disputes must be handled directly with the financing provider.

Completion & Exam Eligibility

Students may not be released for state board examination eligibility or receive final completion documentation until all financial obligations owed to Virginia Nail School, LLC have been satisfied in full.

Policy Changes

Virginia Nail School, LLC reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice, consistent with applicable laws and school regulations.
