FAQ Payment Plans

HOW DO I ENROLL IN THE IN-HOUSE PAYMENT PLAN?
Make a down payment. There will be 5 or 10 weekly payments to pay off the course. Students can not be released to take the exams until your course is paid in full. Discounts are applied to the balance not the minimum $2,260 down payment.
  
ARE YOU GOING TO CHECK MY CREDIT FOR APPROVAL?
No. Anyone that makes a down payment will be approved for this in-house financing option and 100% approved for the payment plan. We do not report any payments to the credit bureaus.
 
DO YOU HAVE A SMALLER DOWN PAYMENT OPTION FOR THE IN-HOUSE PAYMENT PLAN?
No, we have a minimum start cost on our end. Students can apply with a lender for longer and smaller monthly payments. Bigger balances take longer to pay off can not release students to take the exams until the course is paid for. Graduates should book their licensing exams within 30 days of finishing the course to avoid exam updates that make it harder to pass. 
 
WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE IF I PAY WITH THE SCHOOL'S IN-HOUSE PAYMENT PLAN?
We do not keep card/bank information on file. Students make their payment each week online or at the school. The minimum monthly payment is due by 7pm on the first Saturday after the first week they attend class. Payments are paid anytime by or before 7pm on Saturday thereafter. Late payments will have a $50 late fee applied at 8pm on the Saturday that the payment is due. The late fee is re-applied to the payment due each Friday at 7pm until the payment is caught up. 
 
HOW DO I PAY WHEN I CHOOSE THE SCHOOL'S IN-HOUSE PAYMENT PLAN?

• at the school during class with applepay, cash or card
• use the drop box by the door to pay by check
• pay by check in the mail to Virginia Nail School, LLC
• by phone 
• zelle, cash app or venmo
• Klarna, Affirm or Afterpay invoice to pay online offered upon request

 
CAN I GET A KIT ON THE SCHOOL'S IN-HOUSE PAYMENT PLAN?
If students want a kit in "our" in-house financing payment plan then the kit cost must added with the down payment for purchase to pick up at the school by appointment or on the first day of class.

 
WHAT IS THE LATE FEE FOR THE SCHOOL'S IN-HOUSE PAYMENT PLAN?
Students on our in-house payment plans that do not pay their monthly payment by 7pm on the first Saturday after their first day of class will have a late fee applied to their balance. Late payments will have a $50 late fee applied at 8pm on the Saturday that the payment is due. The late fee is re-applied to the payment each following Saturday at 7pm until the payments are caught up with the added late fees. Early communication is important to get help when there are financial issues. 
 
 
CAN I QUIT THE COURSE WHEN ON THE SCHOOL's IN-HOUSE PAYMENT PLAN?
Yes, students can quit the course anytime when using our In-House payment plan with all future weekly payments not required to be paid and future payments due will not be collected through judgements. Notification is considerate (when a student decides to quit) to help the school know when to file away documents for archive (to accept other students for open space to enroll) and save the information in case there is a re-enrollment later. A payment plan with us is the BEST option to enroll into the course with the ability to drop out within 60 days and not owe any future payments but all previous payments made to us are not refunded. 
When using Affirm, Klarna, Apple/Google or Afterpay the full cost is due to them when quitting the program to avoid collections/credit issues.
